Why should I choose cold-pressed juices and why are they more expensive?
There are 3 basic methods of juicing, centrifugal, masticating and triturating or also known as hydraulic press or cold-pressed. The cold-pressed method is the best method of extracting the most nutrient dense and enzyme intact juice as its mechanics does not induce any friction and/or heat by blades. Although this method is expensive the precious enzymes remain alive and the least amount of oxygen is introduced during processing. We at JUICEssential only use this best method to produce our juices.
